We do not have any responsibility for the actions of the Merchant, and the actions of the Merchant are not in our control.

As with any other business, we could merge with, or be acquired by another company; if this occurs, the successor company would acquire the information we maintain, including Personally Identifiable Information. However, Personally Identifiable Information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy or subsequent Privacy Policy as identified by the successor company.

12.) Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information
We offer you the ability to automatically review and change the information you submit to us by logging into the Website and entering in the new information yourself. Generally, we will not modify your personal information based on your request because it is very difficult to authenticate your account manually. You can change your email address, contact information, financial information, profile information, job posting information, and user preferences by logging into your account. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. You may deactivate your account at any time. Your account will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible. If you deactivate your account your personal information will be deactivated from public viewing and will only be available to select company personal. We will retain in our files the personal information you have provided to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal requirements as is permitted by law. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your request to deactivate your account.
13.) Removing Your Personal Information
You may request for us to remove your personal information by sending an email to support@oneloyaltynetwork.com. If you choose to have us remove your personal information, specifically your email address, and your email address is also your login user id, you will lose access to your account and we will not be able to recover it for you in the future. If you request for us to delete your mobile phone number, and we have it, we may not be able to. We are required by law to keep a record of all sms/mms text messages for 18 months after the latest message sent or received. After 18 months, we can delete your mobile phone number. Upon request, unless otherwise stated, we will delete your personal data within 7 days.
14.) Other Information Collectors
Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties, whether they are parents, children or other users on our Website or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Since we do not control the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the privacy policies of that third party. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.
15.) Miscellaneous Privacy Issues
Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Website unsupervised and we ask that children do not submit any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this Website in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18, and no part of the Website is designed to attract anyone under the age of 18. We do not sell products for purchase by children. In certain instances, we sell children's products for purchase by adults. The Website allows users to access Facebook Connect to interact with friends and to share on Facebook through Wall and friends' News Feeds. If you are logged into the Website and Facebook, when you click on "Connect with Facebook" your profiles will merge if the email addresses match. If the email addresses don't match, we ask you if you want to merge them and you must enter your Website password to validate that they control that account. If you are already logged into the Website but not logged into Facebook, when you click on "Connect with Facebook" you will be prompted to enter your Facebook credentials or to "Sign up for Facebook." By proceeding you are allowing the Website to access your information and you are agreeing to the Facebook Terms of Use in your use of the Sites. Conversely, if you are not currently registered as a user and you click on "Sign in Using Facebook," you will first be asked to enter your Facebook credentials and then be given the option to register and join the Website. Once you register on the Website and Connect with Facebook, you will be able to automatically post recent activity back to Facebook. You have the option to disable Facebook Connect at any time by logging into "My Profile" and clicking on "My Facebook Profile." Further, you can edit privacy settings for the reviews that appear on Facebook or disconnect this service by visiting the Facebook Application Settings page.
